Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous brands to life in-store, ensuring products are front and center and consistently in stock. You will stock shelves, build displays, capture photos, and engage store teams and shoppers to drive visible results.

Daily store visits, iPad-based ordering via Salesforce, and adherence to RTM plans are core to the role.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Positive and professional attitude; able to work independently.
Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
Physical requirements: heavy lifting, bending, and moving products up to 25 lbs; occasional over 50 lbs must be handled.
Live within 25–35 miles of Macomb, MI; secondary locations include Washington TWP, Clinton TWP, Utica, MI.
Schedule availability: Off Sun & Fri; Start Time 6:00am.

Responsabilités

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of iconic brands.
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
Order product via iPad to maintain in-store stock using Salesforce.
Implement promotional displays and follow RTM-negotiated plans with stores.
