Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are front and center, while building relationships with store staff and shoppers in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role involves driving to multiple store locations, setting up promotional displays, and ordering stock via iPad with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Sheridan, AR.
• Secondary locations: Malvern, Arkadelphia, Hope, AR.
• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; start by 6 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DMI Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions; use Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical duties as required.
