Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring an In-Store Shopping Clerk in California to fulfill online orders, assist customers, and support daily store operations. You will use the Instacart Shopper App to shop, communicate order details, and ensure product quality and freshness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shop and fulfill customer online orders using store devices.
• Focus on product quality and freshness; substitute out-of-stock items when needed.
• Communicate order changes to customers when necessary.
• Process transactions at the in-store POS system.
• Respond to questions about the Instacart platform and delivery benefits.
• Assist in other store duties like stocking shelves and cleaning.
