Job summary

You may stock shelves and assist in keeping the store clean and inviting to shoppers. The role requires 21+ years old with a high school diploma, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing and friendly behavior with customers.
• Good communication and ability to take direction and work in a team; operate front-end equipment (register, calculator, scanner).
• Standing, walking, bending throughout the shift.
• Able to maneuver a cart holding 20 lbs. up to 2 hours and walk up to 3 miles in an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Shop in-store to fulfill customer online orders using Instacart Shopper App.
• Provide excellent customer service focused on product quality and freshness; substitute items as needed.
• Communicate order changes effectively to customers.
• Process transactions at the in-store POS system.
• Answer questions about order delivery and the Instacart platform; promote the service.
