The role emphasizes maintaining product quality, freshness, and a helpful in-store and online presence for customers shopping via Instacart.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with the ability to interact positively with customers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Ability to operate front end equipment including register, calculator, and scanner.
• Stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire workday.
• Able to push a 20 lb cart up to 20 feet and walk up to 3 miles in an 8-hour shift.
• Willing to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Shop and fulfill customers' online orders using the Instacart Shopper App.
• Provide excellent customer service focusing on product quality and freshness.
• Communicate changes to orders effectively.
• Process transactions with the in-store POS system.
• Serve as online ambassador for delivery inquiries about the Instacart platform.
• Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
