Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking store teammates who are passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with their needs, and help process merchandise while upholding presentation standards.

You will participate in omni-channel processes such as Ship From Store, Buy Online Pickup In Store, and curbside pickup, while supporting loss prevention and safety policies to ensure a secure, welcoming environment for all.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking (up to 4 hours).
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or aerial device.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers and proactively understand their needs.
• Ensure merchandise and products are processed per programs and procedures.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards.
• Complete omni-channel processes: Ship From Store, BOPIS, and Curbside pickup.
• Assist in loss prevention and inventory checks.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; maintain confidentiality.
• Foster an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
