DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking store teammates to help create an exceptional shopping experience. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and support their shopping journey while upholding high brand standards.

You will promote loyalty programs and warranty sales, while adhering to safety and loss prevention policies. The role supports a respectful, inclusive store environment and agile teamwork across the floor.

Formación

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor
• Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
