Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking store teammates to help create an exceptional shopping experience for customers by greeting athletes, understanding their needs, and assisting their purchases. You will ensure merchandise is processed correctly and maintain brand standards across the store.

Teammates play a key role in omni-channel fulfillment, including ship-from-store, BOPIS, and curbside pickup, while upholding safety and loss-prevention procedures and fostering an inclusive, supportive team

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers proactively to understand their needs and assist their shopping experience.
• Ensure that all merchandise and products received at the store are processed per programs and procedures.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
• Support omni fulfillment processes including Ship From Store, Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS), and curbside pickup.
• Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes and assist in daily audits.
• Adhere to service level standards to fulfill the customer experience.
• Follow policies related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures; keep company information confidential.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store with a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck approach.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
