Theisen’s, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to join our store team. You will perform general sales duties in your department, greet customers, assist them in selecting merchandise, and explain product benefits.

You may also help with checkout and store upkeep to ensure a polished shopping experience. This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules. Candidates should provide strong customer service, basic math, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Good customer service skills
• Basic math skills
• Integrity and strong business ethics
• Ability to answer phones and learn cash register functions
• Familiar with forklift and pallet jack operations (preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Outgoing personality with a positive attitude

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service
• Approach customers storewide and assist to merchandise locations
• Explain benefits and features and suggest add-ons
• Maintain knowledge of products and assist as needed
• Compute price quotes, order merchandise, share contact info, and follow up on special orders
• Answer telephone inquiries within guidelines
• Practice and maintain security measures
• Communicate out-of-stocks via hot sheet or requests
• Use radios to request additional help
• Assist customers with checkout and carryouts
• Maintain shelf tagging accuracy and displays
• Receive shipments and check against receiving reports
• Price and tag merchandise, restock shelves
• Process interstore transfers
• Perform cleaning duties and maintain brand-compliant merchandising
• Other tasks as assigned by management
