Job summary

Theisen's is seeking an Assembler & Sales Associate to assemble items per manufacturer instructions and engage customers on the sales floor. This role supports checkout, maintains displays, and assists in sales with knowledge of products.

Full-time or part-time expectations, with safety gear requirements and a fast-paced retail environment in which accuracy and customer service are key to success.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow manufacturer setup instructions.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturers instructions; strong work ethic and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist on the sales floor.
• Assemble items per manufacturer guidelines and ensure correct pricing/display.
• Check fluid levels before sale of gas-powered items and explain features to customers.
• Suggest add-ons and maintain product knowledge across categories.
• Restock shelves, tag merchandise, and maintain displays as directed by management.
• Assist with checkout, packing, and handling customer questions within guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards; comply with security procedures.
