You will support multiple store areas, perform checkout tasks, and maintain cleanliness and displays. The role requires a friendly, helpful attitude and strong customer service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Forklift and pallet jack operations are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Approach customers storewide and guide to merchandise.
• Explain benefits and features of merchandise to customers and suggest add-on items.
• Maintain knowledge of products and stock; may be expert in specific areas.
• Compute price quotes, order merchandise, provide business card with contact details, and follow up on special orders.
• Answer telephone and customer questions within established guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and merchandising per Theisen's Brand requirements.
• Assist customers with checkout and carryouts.
• Receive shipments and restock shelves and displays.
• Process interstore transfers.
• General cleaning duties (dusting, sweeping, etc.).
