American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Waynesboro, VA. No HVAC experience required; strong conversation skills and a customer-first approach are valued.

Roles include engaging shoppers, educating on HVAC and indoor air quality solutions, and generating qualified leads for in-home consultations.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
