You will generate qualified leads, schedule in-home consultations, and represent the ARS brand with enthusiasm. Compensation includes hourly pay plus uncapped commission, with potential earnings and weekly pay, plus paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality required to engage shoppers in a retail setting.
• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation to and from stores.

Responsibilities
