American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Waldorf, MD. Earn $20–$22 per hour with uncapped commission and an earning potential of $25–$35 per hour with incentives, with flexible part-time and full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail/sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
