American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Alvin, TX. The role offers both part-time and full-time positions with hourly pay plus uncapped commissions.

No HVAC experience is required; we seek outgoing individuals who can engage shoppers, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations.

Qualifikationen

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
