Columbus Worthington Air is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Hilliard, OH. This role offers hourly pay with uncapped commission and the potential to earn more through performance-based incentives.

Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available; weekly pay via direct deposit and paid training are provided.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Attendance at weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment contingent on background check per applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
