Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C, Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to engage customers in national home improvement retail stores about heating, cooling, and plumbing upgrades.

You’ll generate leads for free in-home consultations or schedule service appointments, earning hourly pay plus uncapped commissions in a flexible schedule with paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• You don't need HVAC experience; seeking outgoing people who can speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the Hamilton brand.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and IAQ solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
