Job summary

Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C, Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives to promote HVAC services and indoor air quality solutions in national home improvement retail stores. You will generate leads for free in-home consultations or schedule service appointments, while representing the Hamilton brand with enthusiasm.

We offer weekly pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, and flexible part-time or full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the Hamilton brand.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Background check as per applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the Hamilton brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
