Blue Dot Heating, Air Conditioning is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores, speaking with customers about upgrades, air quality, energy savings, and home benefits. Generate leads for a FREE in-home consultation or schedule a tune-up and have an expert take over.

We offer weekly pay, uncapped commissions, and paid training with flexible part-time or full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail/sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the Blue Dot brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the Blue Dot brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
