Job summary

Brothers Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing is hiring in-store sales representatives to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You do not need HVAC experience to be successful; we value outgoing people who enjoy talking with shoppers.

Earn $20–$22 per hour plus commission, with an average potential of $25–$35 per hour. Weekly pay via direct deposit, paid training, and flexible part-time or full-time schedules are offered; there are growth paths into

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
