A.J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is hiring In-Store Sales Lead Generation Specialists to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You’ll engage customers, ask questions, and educate them on solutions while generating leads and scheduling in-home consultations.

We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, paid training, and uncapped commissions with opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. No door-to-door or cold calling.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and comfortable speaking with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Attend weekly in-office meeting.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
