Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. You will engage customers, start conversations, qualify leads, and set in-home consultations or appointments.

No HVAC experience required; weekend availability and reliable transportation are needed. ARS offers base pay $18-$20 per hour plus uncapped commission, with earning potential $20-$30/hour, plus weekly
