American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Lead Generation Specialists to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

This role requires engaging with shoppers, generating leads, scheduling in-home consultations, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Formación

• No HVAC experience required; must be able to stand and walk.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and clean, professional appearance.
• Background check is required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and IAQ solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
