ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Waldorf, MD. Flexible hours, with weekend availability required, and part-time or full-time opportunities.

Pay ranges from $20-$22 per hour plus uncapped commission, with an earning potential of $25-$35 per hour with incentives. Training provided and weekly pay via direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and comfortable speaking with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing ARS.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
