American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to promote HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services inside national home improvement stores. Earn $17/hour plus uncapped commission, with average earnings of $20–$30/hour and weekly pay in Wilmington, NC.

Part-time and full-time opportunities exist, with paid training, weekend availability, and opportunities to advance into HVAC Sales Advisor roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, people-focused communication style.
• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales background preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Responsibilities
