ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules with hourly pay plus uncapped commission.

You will engage customers in-store, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations, while building a career in the home-services industry. Earners can look forward to in-store conversations, no door-to-door tasks, weekly pay via direct

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
