Harnish Group Inc. is seeking an In-Store Sales Representative in Juneau, AK to drive sales growth within the existing customer base. You will perform proactive outreach, manage key accounts, and present quotes while maintaining CRM records.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills, plus a valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed. A competitive benefits package is offered by a long‑standing family‑owned company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Caterpillar sales or related industries preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Marketing to develop targeted customer strategies and support lead generation efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned key accounts to drive engagement and repeat business.
• Conduct outbound customer calls to meet or exceed established contact and performance goals.
• Prepare and present customer sales quotes in a timely and professional manner.
• Represent N C Machinery at customer events, industry functions, and related activities as needed.
• Manage administrative responsibilities, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient use of CRM tools.
