Qualifications

• Experience in event coordination, demonstrations and selling, and customer service.
• Background in a related culinary arts field.
• Experience in inventory management and leading a small team.
• Experience in catering and food presentation; ability to develop recipes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the H-E-B Connections Team and manage partner performance and training.
• Plan Total Store Events; manage product demos, hospitality, and selling plans.
• Develop weekly team schedules to maximize engagement and sales.
• Maintain department budget and payroll; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate merchandising, signage, and display planning for events.
• Ensure food safety standards and certifications are current.
