Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the In-Store Connections Team to enhance customer experience and selling
• Plan and execute Total Store Events with emphasis on product demonstrations and hospitality
• Develop and communicate KPIs to Store Management and Team in regular meetings
• Train, onboard, and supervise department Partners and ensure compliance with training
• Oversee department budget, scheduling, and performance reviews
