Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of Customer Service/Inside Sales/Counter Sales preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills essential for success in this role.
• No DUI/DWI or alcohol-related convictions in last 10 years.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter telephone orders; answer questions; resolve issues; trace order status or shipments.
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store.
• Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers.
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team.
• Promote add-on sales of gases and hard goods; conduct product demonstrations as in-store rep.
• Maintain customer records and pricing; ensure accurate account setup.
• Perform outbound calls to retail and small customers.
• Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins.
