Job summary

You will support the Outside Sales team, promote add-on gas and hard goods, and maintain accurate customer records and pricing. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in customer service or sales, with the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of Customer Service/Inside Sales/Counter Sales preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• No DUI/DWI or other alcohol-related convictions within last 10 years.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and enter telephone orders, answer questions, resolve challenges, and trace order status or shipments.
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store.
• Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers.
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs.
• Promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goods accessories and conduct product demonstrations.
• Maintain customer records and pricing accuracy.
• Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers.
• Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and support additional locations.
