Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused store associate to deliver outstanding service and assist customers in-store. You will process sales, manage cash handling, and support daily store operations while contributing to a positive shopping experience.

The role emphasizes meeting sales goals, supporting inventory control, and assisting with opening/closing duties. A background in customer service and basic team coordination is preferred.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the US.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
