Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a dedicated in-store team member to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales. This role focuses on efficient sales processing, cash handling, and assisting customers with financing when needed.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in customer service or sales, be able to lift up to 25 lbs, and be legally authorized to work in the United States. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• US work authorization required.
• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Assist in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
