Job summary

Quality Talent Group in the United States seeks an in-store associate to deliver outstanding service and drive sales in our retail environment. You will process orders, assist with store operations, and contribute to loss prevention efforts.

Candidates should have legal work authorization in the US and at least a high school diploma; 1 year of customer service or sales experience is preferred, and the role may require lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
