AT&T inc. in Baton Rouge, LA is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant. You’ll engage customers with a consultative approach, guide them through products and services, and work a 40-hour week including weekends to meet evolving needs.

The role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, potential earnings from $43,300 to $75,000 per year, and comprehensive benefits. Training and coaching are provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Training and coaching are provided to help you meet and exceed goals.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
