Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Regular, consistent attendance is required.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and following up for service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay bills in-store.
• Answering questions on services, updating account data, upgrading services, and processing service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador for Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintaining deep product knowledge and staying informed on competitive offerings.
• Contributing to a fun, competitive environment and aligning products with customers' lifestyles.
• Adhering to retail policies to maintain a professional store environment.
