Job summary

Vans in the United States is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and elevate the customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure store standards, merchandising, and operations align with the Vans brand.

You will drive sales through personalized engagement, manage opening/closing, stockroom flow, onboarding, and inventory integrity, while fostering an inclusive, creative, and high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Monitor progress against KPIs to meet sales goals and individual targets.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver engagement and productivity.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations, organize inventory, and ensure timely product flow.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members with ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment per brand directives.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety and store policies.
