Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for onsite positions in our stores. You will generate sales, identify customer needs, and recommend complete tech solutions while delivering exceptional service.

The role offers a base pay of $16.00–$21.00 per hour, with potential commissions up to $18,000 annually and top performers earning $65,000–$75,500+ depending on sales and geography. Benefits start day one and include a strong rewards package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency.
• Experience in a commission-based environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by connecting and asking questions.
• Recommend product solutions to provide a complete sales package.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and growth in merchandising and inventory.
• Engage with customers off-site at Verizon-sponsored events.
