Verizon is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow careers within our retail stores. You will help customers explore cutting-edge technology, uncover needs, and present complete solutions.

The role emphasizes customer service, ongoing training, and opportunities to expand your client base through outreach and events. Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, with potential to earn up to $18,000 annually in commissions, plus top performers may earn additional commissions,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging passion for technology and customer service to grow Verizon network.
• Identify customer needs by connecting and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and recommendations for a complete sales solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Continue personal development through training and by assisting in merchandising and inventory.
