Job summary

Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our on-site store team. Earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in individual commissions if sales goals are met, with top performers potentially reaching $65,000 to $75,500 annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred, demonstrated through work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using technology passion and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn customer needs by building connections and asking questions.
• Present product insights and recommendations for a complete sales solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Grow through ongoing training and assist in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Possibility to grow customer base with outbound calls and texts to existing customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon-sponsored events to expand reach.
