Sun Com is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant for an in-person, full-time role in the United States. You will exceed monthly sales quotas, drive handset and plan sales, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

The role requires standing for long periods, 18+ years old, and reliable transportation. Spanish language ability is preferred, with benefits including health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and reliable transportation to location.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high quality sales.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management benchmarks.
• Follow store policies, paperwork procedures and cash depositing guidelines.
• Master required systems (Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, Paycom).
• Maintain store appearance and protect company assets.
