Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Macon, GA is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to deliver the best in-store shopping experience. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, lead Teammates, and manage daily operations across guest service, merchandising, and store upkeep.

As a progressing role, you’ll train new Teammates, recruit talent, and assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence, while maintaining Buckle’s standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example to train and motivate Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Oversee merchandising, product displays, and store upkeep for a polished shopping environment.
• Partner with Store Manager to recruit Teammates, manage schedules, and develop talent.
• Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention, policies, and security practices.
