Job summary

The Retail Sales & Execution Specialist at Chobani serves as the primary store-level contact for the assigned territory, leading all in-store activity to ensure products are in stock and well merchandised. This role supports One Chobani presence with strong POS and timely shelf execution across stores.

You will drive in-store presence, manage PODs, and execute promotions while collaborating with store personnel and field partners to identify opportunities and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant combined experience.
• Retail/sales, field execution, DSD, merchandising in grocery, beverage, dairy or CPG preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills; comfortable working independently in stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store execution for assigned territory, ensuring product availability and proper merchandising.
• Drive PODs, displays, and POS placement to maximize brand visibility.
• Coordinate with store personnel and field partners; respond quickly to issues and opportunities.
• Place and manage orders with distributors to maintain product availability.
• Conduct store audits and communicate market conditions and gaps.
• Act as One Chobani ambassador with consumers and partners.
