Chobani is seeking a Field Manager to drive monthly execution with a team of about 10 Specialists across an assigned territory. This field-first, people-led role spends three days weekly in market coaching and developing the team to win in-store.

You will own DSD+ orders, in-stock performance, displays and POS execution for One Chobani SKUs, driving best-in-class sales processes through coaching, accountability, and data-driven actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years field sales leadership experience, including managing distributed teams.
• Experience in retail sales, field execution, DSD, merchandising, grocery, beverage, dairy, or CPG management.
• Strong relationship-building with store teams and distributors across large geographies.
• Comfort working independently in stores with attention to detail; proficient with mobile field tools.
• Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver's license; ability to travel overnight.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~10 Sales Activators to meet KPI targets.
• Spend ≥3 days per week in market coaching in-store.
• Drive performance through communication, huddles, and accountability.
• Recruit and retain talent while embodying Chobani values.
• Ensure displays, POS, and merchandising standards are flawless in every store.
