Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Retail Sales & Execution Specialist to lead in-store activities across assigned territories. You will ensure One Chobani items are highly available, merchandised, and supported with POS, while managing stock and shelf orders for DSD SKUs in all stores.

You will build relationships with store teams, drive PODs and promotional displays, and execute programs to maximize brand presence. This role requires travel, independent work in stores, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Retail sales, field execution, DSD, merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Comfort working independently in stores.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Attention to detail.
• Comfort using mobile field tools.
• Ability to lift and build displays in store (30+ lbs).
• Calendar Planning and Organization experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store presence through placement and execution of displays and PODs.
• Merchandise and maintain permanent and home-location displays to standards.
• Ensure product availability across ambient and refrigerated placements.
• Maintain organized backroom inventory and supply.
• Influence store ordering and place incremental orders as appropriate.
• Build collaborative relationships with store personnel and stakeholders to drive visibility and execution.
• Execute national, regional, and local promotional programs to standards.
• Secure incremental displays to support promotions and increase brand presence.
• Use data to identify opportunities and develop selling narratives.
• Serve as a brand ambassador with consumers and store partners.
