Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is hiring for an Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations, gain product knowledge, and interact with consumers to drive product sales. The role requires presenting features, maintaining a clean workstation, and upholding professional appearance while supporting client events.

The position is part-time with up to 25 hours per week, involving retail store environments and occasional travel, with E-Verify compliance noted by the employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience/training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of the products represented.
• Proactively engage, interact, and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Explain features and benefits of the product to customers.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances (microwave, fryer, skillet, coffee maker, knives).
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table for execution and ensure 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections; build rapport with store personnel.
• Submit expense reports and complete online requirements the same day as events.
