Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to execute in-store food and non-food demonstrations, maintaining knowledge of products and preparing, serving, and breaking down items with professional presentation. You will intercept consumers, demonstrate products, and build rapport with store personnel to meet client goals.

The role emphasizes a proactive, sales‑oriented approach in a retail environment, with a flexible schedule up to 25 hours per week and attention to sanitation and safety standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills; navigate internal systems and applications.
• Local Food handler permit may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers.
• Effectively communicate features and benefits of products.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances like microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, and knives.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station; use cleaning chemicals.
• Present a professional appearance aligned with job requirements.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Submit expense reports per Company Policy.
• Access internet and internal systems; use Microsoft Outlook, Word and PDF forms.
