ARC’TERYX is seeking a Product Guide to craft a memorable guest experience on the retail floor in Boston. You’ll share technical product knowledge and solve problems to help guests find the right gear while embodying the brand in-store and in the community.

You’ll build product understanding and weave it into interactions, collaborate with store leadership, and contribute to merchandising feedback. This role is part-time with weekend availability and up to 25 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a best-in-class brand experience through product knowledge and problem solving.
• Build understanding of products and weave information into guest interactions.
• Support brand initiatives and store projects with leadership.
• Provide feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales.
• Maintain open, collaborative relationships with team and leadership.
• Assist with various store tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Answer phones and respond to emails; may engage on Epicenter social channels.
• Process guest transactions using POS, including warranties and returns.
• Receive and unpack inventory as needed (boxes weigh 5–30 lbs).
