Apple Retail in Florida is seeking a Specialist to build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products. You will deliver a customer service experience unlike any other, asking questions to tailor recommendations to each customer.

You will stay informed about Apple products, services, and purchase options, while supporting peers and fostering an inclusive store environment where everyone belongs.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays in retail.
• Knowledge of Apple products and services.
• Personalize solutions based on customer needs and communicate them effectively.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple customers.
• Team-oriented with shared accountability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs and identifying ownership opportunities.
• Present products and services and educate customers on purchase options.
• Stay up to date on Apple’s products, services, options and sales processes.
• Support peers by sharing knowledge and assisting in ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance; perform other tasks as needed.
