Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time associate in the United States to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations and to learn product details. You will prepare, present, and break down product samples while engaging customers to showcase features and benefits.

The role requires maintaining a professional appearance, accuracy in reporting, and the ability to use basic computer tools. This position is scheduled as part-time with potential changes based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months’ related experience or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in using a computer or mobile device with internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Physical demands include standing, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and extensive workstation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of the products represented.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Complete expense reports per policy and submit online requirements on the same day as events.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet company objectives.
